GARLIC CRISPY RICE
Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing tips ❤️ I saw @naturallieplantbased make this recipe and I was dying to try it! Helena had a playdate scheduled so I only had 10 minutes to finish lunch today but it turned out amazing!
Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 5 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
🌱 1 large green onion, finely chopped
🌱 3 cups day- old rice (I use basmati)
🌱 2 tbsp tamari (soy sauce GF version)
🌱 1 tbsp rice vinegar (optional)
🌱 1 tbsp sesame oil
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Sauté garlic until slightly golden, add green onions and sauté more until fragrant. Add the rest of the ingredients and sauté for 4-5 minutes. You can get it as crispy as you want by letting it slightly burn and not mix too often!
