CREAMY POTATO SALAD

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 2 lbs potatoes
🌱 1 cup clean vegan mayo (comment mayo if you want me to send u home- made recipe or to know the brand I use)
🌱 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
🌱 1 celery stick, finely chopped
🌱 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or 1/2 lemon juiced)
🌱 1/2 bunch dill (or parsley or cilantro)
🌱 1/3 cup chives (optional)
🌱 1 tbsp yellow mustard
🌱 Salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp turmeric
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Add washed potatoes to salted boiling water and boil for 15 min on high. Mix the sauce ingredients then mix into drained, peeled and cut potatoes. Add more chives on top and serve
