CHOCOLATE STUFFED PANCAKES without gluten, dairy or refined sugars

🌱 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
🌱 2 tbsp cacao powder
🌱 2 tbsp date or maple syrup
🌱 1/4 cup plant milk to thin out
🌱 2 ripe bananas
🌱 2 cups oats
🌱 1 1/2 cups almond milk
🌱 2 tbsp hemp seeds
🌱 1 scoop clean protein powder
🌱 Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add more milk if needed to thin out. Using a spoon spread into circles on a parchment paper and freeze for an hour or until set.
🌱 Blend your pancake ingredients on high. If too thick more milk can be added before or in between sets of pancakes.
🌱 Pour about 1/4 cup of a batter onto slightly greased pan or griddle and spread with a spoon in a nice circular shape. Add your frozen chocolate circles on top then top with more batter and bake each side for a few minutes on medium heat.
