CHOCOLATE STUFFED PANCAKES without gluten, dairy or refined sugars

Ingredients

โจ FILLINGโจ
๐ฑ 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
๐ฑ 2 tbsp cacao powder
๐ฑ 2 tbsp date or maple syrup
๐ฑ 1/4 cup plant milk to thin out
โจ PANCAKESโจ
๐ฑ 2 ripe bananas
๐ฑ 2 cups oats
๐ฑ 1 1/2 cups almond milk
๐ฑ 2 tbsp hemp seeds
๐ฑ 1 scoop clean protein powder
Directions
โจ INSTRUCTIONSโจ
๐ฑ Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add more milk if needed to thin out. Using a spoon spread into circles on a parchment paper and freeze for an hour or until set.
๐ฑ Blend your pancake ingredients on high. If too thick more milk can be added before or in between sets of pancakes.
๐ฑ Pour about 1/4 cup of a batter onto slightly greased pan or griddle and spread with a spoon in a nice circular shape. Add your frozen chocolate circles on top then top with more batter and bake each side for a few minutes on medium heat.
