LAZY CHICKPEA WRAP made in 15 minutes

🙌🏻 Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing tips 😍 Guys, this lunch is so great, flavorful, delicious and packed with nutrition. I never want you to stop eating wraps, tacos, pizza, sweets, but I do want you to always be mindful of what you put in your body. If you don’t have time for health care you will have to make time for sick care. I do NOT want you to walk down my path!

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
🌱 Drizzle of avocado oil
🌱 1/2 tsp each salt, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin and pinch of pepper
🌱 3 tbsp pure tomato paste
🌱 1/4 cup coconut milk

🌱 2 red bell peppers
🌱 1/2 medium yellow onion
🌱 Drizzle of avocado oil
🌱 Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

✨ GREEN DRESSING✨

🌱 1 small handful spinach
🌱 1 small handful parsley
🌱 1/4 cup tahini
🌱 1 lemon, juiced
🌱 1 garlic clove
🌱 Salt and pepper to taste
🌱 2- 3 tbsp almond milk

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 In a pan combine chickpeas with spices, paste and milk and mix. Let it simmer for 10 min occasionally mixing
🌱 Sauté peppers and onions in a bit of oil and seasoning until tender and onion translucent
🌱 Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender and blend
🌱 I added some spinach and that’s it but feel free to add whatever u like 😍
