Ingredients

🌱 1 lbs carrots
🌱 1 cup chickpea flour
🌱 1 cup all purpose (or all purpose gluten- free flour)

🌱 Spices u wish if any (I added salt, pepper, garlic, nutritional yeast and turmeric)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Grate carrots, add flours and spices and mix. Add 1/4 cup water and combine with hands. Remember to oil your waffle maker with coconut oil or similar. Handle like waffle batter 😊

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
