GLUTEN- FREE 5- INGREDIENT ALMOND FLOUR TORTILLAS

Fast and easy to make and absolutely delicious! This recipe was inspired by my wonderful & lovely @elavegan

Ingredients

🌟 INGREDIENTS:

🌱 1 cup almond flour
🌱 3 tbsp coconut flour
🌱 1 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
🌱 1/2 tsp baking powder and salt each

🌱 1 tbsp olive oil
🌱 1/2 cup warm water

Directions

🌟 INSTRUCTIONS:

🌱 In a medium- sized bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and combine. Split into 4 parts. Roll each ball in- between 2 sheets of parchment paper (not too thin) then fry each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Enjoy 😍
