🌱 7 pitted Medjool dates
🌱 3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
🌱 Pan- fry sesame seeds for a few minutes until golden (no oil). In a blender make date paste by blending it with or without maple syrup. I do suggest soaking them in hot water for 30 min first. Combine the two, transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper and let it set in the fridge for 2 h. Cut and serve.
