Ingredients

๐ฑ 1 cup walnuts
๐ฑ 3/4 cup shredded coconut
๐ฑ 1 1/4 cup pitted Medjool dates
๐ฑ 1/4 cup almond flour
๐ฑ 1 tsp cinnamon, ground ginger and nutmeg
๐ฑ 3 1/2 cups cashews
๐ฑ 1 orange, juiced
๐ฑ 1/2 cup plant- based milk
๐ฑ 1/3 cup date or maple syrup
Directions
โจ INSTRUCTIONSโจ
๐ฑ Combine the โcrustโ ingredients and press onto a lined pan & freeze to set while working on second layer. I added carrots last for more texture. Combine the second layer ingredients and blend on high speed until creamy then pour over and freeze for a couple of hours. I sprinkled some granola on top but you do you ๐

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
