Ingredients

π± 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
π± 3/4 cup Greek- style almond yogurt
π± 2 tbsp olive oil
π± 3 garlic cloves, crushed
π± 1 tsp paprika
π± 1/2 tsp each salt, garlic powder, chili powder, turmeric, Italian seasoning
π± Pinch of black pepper
π± 1/2 lemon, juiced
π± Drizzle of sriracha
Directions
β¨ Tzatzikiβ¨
π± 1/3 cup yogurt
π± 1 tsp olive oil
π± 1 tbsp lemon juice
π± 1/2 small cucumber, finely chopped
π± Small handful of chopped up dill or 2 tsp dried dill
π± salt, pepper & garlic to taste

β¨ INSTRUCTIONSβ¨
π± Combine the sauce ingredient, then mix the florets in the sauce. Bake at 400F for 35-40 min. Mix tzatziki ingredients and dip away.
