THE CREAMIEST DAIRY- FREE PASTA SAUCE

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

Sauce:

🌱 1 cup cashews
🌱 2 medium tomatoes, peeled (I used plum)
🌱 1 pitted Medjool date
🌱 3/4 cup almond milk
🌱 1 garlic clove
🌱 big squeeze of lemon
🌱 salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
🌱 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
🌱 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🌱 optional- 2 tbsp tomato paste

🌱 GF & plant- based Pasta of choice

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱Combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed. Cook your favorite pasta according to package instruction and combine
