GF/ GF GREEN PASTA with the most nutritive ingredients

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 small shallot, finely chopped
🌱 3 garlic cloves, minced
🌱 Handful spinach
🌱 Handful baby kale

🌱 1 bunch of basil
🌱 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
🌱 1/2 lemon, squeezed
🌱 1/3 cup cashews
🌱 salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
🌱 drizzle of olive oil
🌱 1/2 cup almond milk (more if needed)

🌱 Pasta of choice (I used GF cassava)

Healthy “parmesan”

🌱 1/2 cup Brazil nuts
🌱 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
🌱 2 tbsp hemp seeds
🌱 1/2 tsp- 1 tsp salt
🌱 garlic powder and Italian seasoning to taste

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Sauté shallots and garlic until translucent, then add kale and spinach for 1-2 min. Transfer to a blender and add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Mix in your favorite pasta.
🌱 In a processor combine the “parmesan” ingredients and pulse. Sprinkle over the pasta
