The first thing I did when I started my healing journey years ago was a food intolerance test. I never repeated it again until now when a friend suggested a sensitivity test from Everlywell that I had to try because I love doing anything to forward my health! It’s amazing that I can do it myself at home and just drop off at Fedex and their lab does the rest. This type of testing helps you form an elimination diet to help your uncomfortable digestion symptoms! @everlywell is having the biggest sale of the year due to holidays so if you want to love yourself little more or your family and friends use code THANKFUL for 35% off! You will find the link on my story or DM me ☺️
