HOME-MADE TACO SHELLS

Tacos are insanely delicious but the way they are made- almost always guaranteed to give tummy ache, bloating and/ or increased BM! Well these won’t 😍 So easy & fast you won’t wanna settle for less again 😍
Ingredients
🌱3/4 cup cassava flour 🌱 1/4 tsp salt 🌱 2 tbsp olive oil 🌱 1/3 cup warmed water
Directions
🌱 Mix flour and salt. Create a hole in the middle and pour water and oil then start combining with a spatula and continue with your hands. If dry or crumbling keep adding water but slowly- 1 tsp at a time. If wet add small amounts of flour. Keep doing this until you reach consistency shown- dough should be soft and smooth 🌱 Divide into 6 equal balls 🌱 Put each ball between parchment paper and roll into a circle as much as you can… use a bowl or a glass you have that’s a size of a taco shell to get perfect shape. Remove the remaining and create 7th shell out of it 😍 Who doesn’t like an extra taco 🙌🏻 🌱 Throw on a pan for about 1-2 min per side and all done 🙌🏻 🌱 Add your favorite toppings and ENJOY 😍
