FLOURLESS PROTEIN BREAD sans gluten

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 lbs red lentils
🌱 1/4 cup olive oil
🌱 3/4 cup water
🌱 1 pack instant yeast
🌱 salt (optional)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Soak lentils over night in a lot of water. Drain and rinse. Add to blender and blend on high with water, oil and salt. Add yeast and pulse to combine. Pour into bread mould, rest for 15 min then bake at 350F for 40 min
