EASIEST SPINACH MUFFINS- gluten, dairy, oil, nut, egg FREE

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 cup rolled oats, finely ground
🌱 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
🌱 2 bananas
🌱 1 heaping cup spinach
🌱 1/3- 1/2 cup plant- based milk
🌱 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine oats and flaxseeds in a bowl and mix. In a blender blend bananas and spinach and milk (I added some maple syrup as my bananas weren’t really sweet so test and see). Combine with the dry ingredients, then scoop out into muffin tin liners and bake at 350F for 20 min
