DF & GF CHOCOLATE CUPS stuffed w/ home- made Nutella

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 8 pitted Medjool dates
🌱 1/3 cup hazelnut butter
🌱 3/4 cup cacao (less processed than cocoa)
🌱 Optionally a splash of date syrup (to make it sweeter)

🍫 stuffing:

🌱 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
🌱 2 tbsp cacao
🌱 2- 3 tbsp date or maple syrup
🌱 Almond milk to thin out to desired consistency

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Blend the ingredients in a processor, form dough and split into 4. Use muffin tins to get the shape and make a hole. Set in the fridge for 15 min
🌱 Combine stuffing ingredients and mix then fill in the holes
🌱 Optionally decorate with cacao
