DAIRY- FREE MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 4 bananas
🌱 1/2 cup fresh mint
🌱 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (optional for stronger flavor)
🌱 1/2 tsp green food coloring (I used spirulina but you can use matcha as well)- optional
🌱 1/2 bar clean chocolate (50g)

🌱 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Froze bananas overnight. Throw in a blender with mind and extract if using and blend. Add the coloring and adjust to your perfect color. Add in chocolate and pulse. Mix in chocolate chips and serve or freeze and use later
