CREAMIEST MAC ‘N’ CHEESE (with no cheese)
🤤 & probably the healthiest recipe you’ll find! Packed with 50 g protein and vitamins from chickpeas and veggies, sooo creamy and yummy 🤤 GREAT alternative for highly processed vegan cheese and obviously for dairy 🙃
Ingredients
🌱 1 pack protein elbow pasta (I use chickpea pasta) 🌱 1 large potato 🌱 2 medium carrots 🌱 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 🌱 1 tsp salt 🌱 1/2 tsp onion powder 🌱 1/2 tsp garlic powder 🌱 1/2 cup almond milk 🌱 1/2 cup water 🌱 1/2 lemon juiced 🌱 pinch of pepper
Directions
🌱 Cook your pasta following the package instructions 🌱 Peel & roughly chop carrots and potato and throw into salted boiling water until tender (About 15 min- test with the fork) 🌱 Drain veggies then transfer to a blender 🌱 Add the rest of ingredients and blend and voila! 🌱 Mix your sauce with the pasta and enjoy 🤤

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
