I break the fast with a lot of fruits while liver does its cleanse and then proceed with something like this as a second breakfast around 11AM… I love showing you how easy, quick and delicious are these recipes where I recreate your childhood staples into healthy versions ❤️🙏🏻

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1/2 cup rolled oats, ground
🌱 2 tbsp cacao (less processed than cocoa)
🌱 1/2 medium banana, mashed
🌱 1/4 cup date/ maple syrup

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine everything, form small balls and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until crispy

Chef’s Comments

Notes: If you don’t like/ want banana you can use apple sauce or even nut butter. Depending on what you use you might need to add up to 1/2 cup more of oat flour or flour of choice (I added some cassava). Start easy and keep adding to get to this consistency
