CHOCOLATE STUFFED PANCAKES without gluten, dairy or refined sugars

Ingredients

โœจ FILLINGโœจ

๐ŸŒฑ 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
๐ŸŒฑ 2 tbsp cacao powder
๐ŸŒฑ 2 tbsp date or maple syrup
๐ŸŒฑ 1/4 cup plant milk to thin out

โœจ PANCAKESโœจ

๐ŸŒฑ 2 ripe bananas
๐ŸŒฑ 2 cups oats
๐ŸŒฑ 1 1/2 cups almond milk
๐ŸŒฑ 2 tbsp hemp seeds
๐ŸŒฑ 1 scoop clean protein powder

Directions

โœจ INSTRUCTIONSโœจ

๐ŸŒฑ Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add more milk if needed to thin out. Using a spoon spread into circles on a parchment paper and freeze for an hour or until set.
๐ŸŒฑ Blend your pancake ingredients on high. If too thick more milk can be added before or in between sets of pancakes.
๐ŸŒฑ Pour about 1/4 cup of a batter onto slightly greased pan or griddle and spread with a spoon in a nice circular shape. Add your frozen chocolate circles on top then top with more batter and bake each side for a few minutes on medium heat.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
