BBQ PULLED “PORK” sandwich

Ingredients

🌱 1 can of jackfruit 🌱 1/2 cup fave bbq sauce ( i make mine) 🌱 1/2 cup water 🌱 Coleslaw you love (I used shredded broccoli stems & carrots with my no- mayo dressing) 🌱 Your fave buns

Directions

🌱 Rinse & shred jackfruit with hand & transfer to a pan (i use cast- iron) 🌱 Add water & bbq sauce 🌱 Simmer on low for 15-20 min or until liquid is absorbed 🌱 In the mean time take the buns out and make your fave coleslaw by mixing shredded veggies of choice (cabbage, broccoli, carrots etc) with your fave mayo or no- mayo dressing😍 🌱 Assemble the sandwich and prepare to be blown away 😍
