10- MINUTES PB & J RAW CAKE
Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing tips ❤️🙏🏻 I love using pb & j combo (well technically nut butter and jelly as I usually use other butters lol) in everything from my overnight oats to crepes and now got super inspired by @cancer.influencer as she made a whole “cake” using this combo, how amazing! It’s sooo creamy, so nutritious, will keep you satisfied and curb cravings!
🌱 6-7 small bananas
🌱 1 cup nut butter (if not runny enough you can add maple/ date syrup or plant milk)
🌱 1 cup my berry- chia jam **(if using store- bought please read ingredients)
🌱 Melted clean chocolate & chopped nuts to top
🌱 Line 8×8 dish with halved bananas. Use extras to get to the corners. Pour nut butter.
🌱 Add another layer of halved bananas then pour jam on top. Set for 5 min in freezer.
🌱 Pour melted chocolate and decorate with chopped nuts then set everything in freezer for 10- 15 min
** BERRY CHIA JAM – on medium heat place 2 cups frozen berries (or what u have) in a pot and stir until somewhat melted. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice (preservative), 2- 3 tbsp chia and bit maple syrup if u wish (i don’t). Stir everything to combine and mash well with a fork or potato masher.
