Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 whole broccoli (head & stem)
🌱 1 green bell pepper
🌱 1 zucchini, roughly chopped
🌱 1 small leek
🌱 1 garlic head
🌱 Oil for roasting, salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, turmeric
🌱 1 big handful spinach
🌱 1 handful kale (only if you love raw kale)
🌱 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
🌱 1 1/2 cups low sodium veggie broth
🌱 1 cup water
🌱 1/2 cup coconut milk
Top:
🌱 sunflower or pumpkin seeds
🌱 bit coconut cream
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Roast veggies for 30-40 minutes at 375F.
🌱 Transfer to a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend and serve!
