Ingredients
✨INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 3/4 cup raw red lentils, soaked for 3h
🌱 3/4 cup water
Optional:
🌱 1/2 lemon, juiced
🌱 drizzle olive oil
🌱 2 tsp Italian seasoning
🌱 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
🌱 1 tsp salt
🌱 1 tsp turmeric
🌱 pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine drained lentils with 3/4 cup water and whatever else u’d like and blend on high speed. Pour into a lined baking tray and spread well all over. Bake at 375F for 30 min
🌱 Take them out and cut into squares or triangles and transfer onto a rack to get them extra crispy or just to another lined baking tray but bake longer or spread the mixture thinner in the beginning. Bake for another 20 min or until crisp and golden. Dip into your favorite sauce

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
