40g protein & 2- ingredient LENTIL CRACKERS

Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing tips 🙌🏻These will become your fave crackers to make😍LENTILS are rich in IRON, FIBER, SELENIUM, ZINC, PROTEIN AND B1 😍 They are amazing if you are pregnant because they help prevent anemia during gestation period 🙌🏻 They improve digestion and are rich in fiber which promotes healthy bowel movements and lessens the risks of cancer especially the leading ones like colon cancer! And, it’s so delicious you’ll want to make it on repeat 🤤



🌱 3/4 cup raw red lentils, soaked for 3h
🌱 3/4 cup water
🌱 1/2 lemon, juiced
🌱 drizzle olive oil
🌱 2 tsp Italian seasoning
🌱 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
🌱 1 tsp salt
🌱 1 tsp turmeric
🌱 pepper and garlic powder to taste



🌱 Combine drained lentils with 3/4 cup water and whatever else u’d like and blend on high speed. Pour into a lined baking tray and spread well all over. Bake at 375F for 30 min
🌱 Take them out and cut into squares or triangles and transfer onto a rack to get them extra crispy or just to another lined baking tray but bake longer or spread the mixture thinner in the beginning. Bake for another 20 min or until crisp and golden. Dip into your favorite sauce
