3- ingredient PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌿 1 cup nut or seed butter (I used a mix of peanut butter and oat butter)***
🌿 3 tbsp maple or date syrup
🌿 1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil, melted

***I generally don’t use peanut butter but I had some left- over from a couple of months ago and wanted to use it. Wthen I do buy it I make sure it’s aflatoxin free and so far have found a couple. You can also use seed- butter for a nut free version

🌿 Optionally add chopped up nuts, sea salt, vanilla extract, cacao powder, chocolate etc (I only drizzled chocolate)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌿 Combine the ingredients with a whisk in a medium size bowl, pour into parchment paper lined freezer- safe dish and let it set for 30 min or so. Cut and serve

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
