3- INGREDIENT ORANGE COOKIES GF, DF, sweetener and nut free

Ingredients

✨INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 1/3 cups oat flour (just grind rolled oats)
🌱 11 pitted Medjool dates (you can use other dates as well but these are soo sweet and tasty- just melt in your mouth! If you use regular dates that are much smaller and less sweet use like 18)
🌱 1/2 orange (with peel) + 1/2 orange (without peel)

🌱 Clean melted chocolate for topping and orange zest if you wish 😍

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine oats, dates and orange in a food processor or high speed blender and blend
🌱 Transfer onto parchment paper, press with hands then cover with another parchment paper and roll with a rolling pin
🌱 Use mold to shape cookies (I used glass) and transfer onto parchment paper lined baking tray (if you have issue transferring use wet knife to lift it up), you can also divide onto 15-16 balls and just flatten them out and put onto parchment paper
🌱 Bake at 350F for 15 min
🌱 Melt your fave chocolate if using and spread on top 😍
🌱 I sprinkled some orange zest as well πŸ™πŸ»
