🌱 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
🌱 3/4 cup Greek- style almond yogurt
🌱 2 tbsp olive oil
🌱 3 garlic cloves, crushed
🌱 1 tsp paprika
🌱 1/2 tsp each salt, garlic powder, chili powder, turmeric, Italian seasoning
🌱 Pinch of black pepper
🌱 1/2 lemon, juiced
🌱 Drizzle of sriracha
Directions
✨ Tzatziki✨
🌱 1/3 cup yogurt
🌱 1 tsp olive oil
🌱 1 tbsp lemon juice
🌱 1/2 small cucumber, finely chopped
🌱 Small handful of chopped up dill or 2 tsp dried dill
🌱 salt, pepper & garlic to taste

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine the sauce ingredient, then mix the florets in the sauce. Bake at 400F for 35-40 min. Mix tzatziki ingredients and dip away.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
