Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 cup whole raw buckwheat (before soaking)
🌱 1/2 cup red lentils (before soaking)
🌱 1/2 cup water
🌱 1/4 cup psyllium husk flakes
🌱 1 tsp salt
🌱 1 tsp baking soda
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Rinse then soak lentils and buckwheat (separately) in enough water overnight then rinse in the morning
🌱 Combine lentils, buckwheat and 1/2 cup fresh water in a blender and blend
🌱 Transfer into a bowl and add psyllium husk, baking soda and salt and give it a good mix
🌱 Let it sit for about 15 minutes (covered or uncovered)
🌱 Shape into burger buns and lay onto parchment paper (try and use non- bleached brown instead of white); Sprinkle some sesame on top if you wish
🌱 Bake at 400F for 20 min 🙌🏻

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
