Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱1 medium red (or yellow) onion, chopped
🌱 2 green onions, chopped
🌱 1 1/4 cup red lentils, soaked 1h
🌱 1 1/2 large tomatoes, blended
🌱 1 1/2 cups water
🌱 3 cups oats

🌱 Spices (i used salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, tomato paste, parsley- you do you 😍)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Sauté red and green onions for a few minutes then add one by one ingredient and mix. Add spices. Blend then shape as patties (wet your hands with water or oil for easy shaping). I got 10. Bake at 400F for 30 min flipping half way through.
