VEGAN NUTTY ICE- CREAM

with choco shell πŸ™ŒπŸ» Follow @waytohealthkitchen for best recipes πŸ™πŸ» Okayyy, summer, middle of summer, end of summer, I don’t even know where we are any more but if you ask me ice cream is there to be eaten any season any time and it is the best dessert vegan or non- vegan 😍 And this one is really to my taste especially cause it is not too sweet! 🀀 It just took me few minutes to combine ingredients and freezer does the rest πŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Ingredients

🌱 1 can coconut milk (shake well so it’s not separated, if it is throw it in a jar with a lid and shake real well) 🌱 3/4 cup almond butter 🌱 1 cup yogurt (I used Greek style almond) 🌱 1/4 cup sweetener ( I used home- made date syrup but maple syrup works well too) 🌱 1 tbsp chia seeds 🌱 1 tbsp vanilla 🌱 Favorite chocolate melted- shell 🌱 Chopped nuts of choice- topping

Directions

🌱 Combine all the ingredients into a high- speed and blend! 🌱 Pour into ice cream molds and freeze over- night (4-6h works well too) 🌱 Melt some chocolate of your choice with coconut oil (you just throw chocolate and about 1/2-1 tsp coconut oil in a pot and stir fast over low heat for couple minutes) 🌱 Dip previously frozen ice cream into chocolate 🌱 Sprinkle some nuts on top & freeze again to set

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
