TIRAMISU OVER- NIGHT OATS without dairy and refined sugars

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1/2 cup rolled oats (I used sprouted)
🌱 1 tbsp chia seeds
🌱 1 tbsp cacao (less processed than cocoa)
🌱 1 tbsp maple syrup
🌱 1/2 cup cacao (I don’t drink coffee but if you do feel free to use 1/4 cup fave coffee & 1/4 cup almond milk)
🌱 1 tbsp dairy- free yogurt

2nd layer:

🌱 1/2 cup dairy- free yogurt
🌱 1 tbsp maple syrup
🌱 2 capsules @snap_supplements (I used liver detox here, but I alternate between sea moss and spirulina as well 😍)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Mix in layer 1 and stir in yogurt. Set in the fridge for 2h. Combine 2nd layer ingredients and set for 2h as well
🌱 Make layers in a serving dish and sprinkle cacao
