Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 3 cups kale
🌱 1 medium beet, peeled and cubed
🌱 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cubed
🌱 1/2 delicata squash
🌱 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
🌱 oil, salt, pepper, garlic
🌱 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
🌱 1/3- 1/2 cup vegan feta

The sauce:

🌱 2 tbsp hummus
🌱 2 tbsp tahini
🌱 2 tbsp tamari (soy sauce if not Gf)
🌱 Lemon squeeze
🌱 salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
🌱 water to thin if needed

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Roast veggies and chickpeas tossed in oil, salt, pepper and garlic at 425F for 35 min or so (some might need longer or shorter)
🌱 Assemble the bowl, mix the dressing ingredients and pour over

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
