THE BEST DAIRY-FREE ALFREDO PASTA

Ingredients
✨INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
🌱 6 garlic cloves, minced
🌱 3/4 cups cashews
🌱 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
🌱 1/2 tsp salt
🌱 pinch of pepper
🌱 2 tbsp lemon juice
🌱 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Sauté roughly chopped onions in 1 cup veggie broth for a few minutes. Add garlic and continue sautéing until it evaporates. Add it to the blender with the rest of the ingredients and the rest of the broth (1/2 cup) and blend until smooth. Add water if needed. Add to your favorite gluten- free pasta & enjoy 🤤 Serves 2-3.

🌱 120ml povrcnog bujona

🌱 3 kasike nutritivnog kvasca
✨ NACIN PRIPREME✨
🌱 Izdinstati luk u 250 ml bujona. Nakon 5 minuta dodati beli luk. Dinstati dok ne ispari sav bujon. Izblendati sa ostalim sastojcima i dodati vode po potrebi. Kolicina je za 2 osobe.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
