SUMMER CAKE that’s gluten, dairy and refined sugar free [?]

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
Crust:
🌱 10 pitted Medjool dates
🌱 1/4 cup each pistachios, almonds and oats
🌱 pinch or salt
Filling:
🌱 3 cups cashews
🌱 2 bananas
🌱 1/2 lemon, juiced
🌱 1/3 cup maple syrup
🌱 1 can coconut milk (take the cream and a bit liquid)
🌱 20-30 frozen raspberries & blackberries
🌱 Favorite melted chocolate (ofc I used @theconsciousbar.co because it has 2 ingredients only dates and cacao 😍 and no heavy metals unlike other famous brands- linked in highlights with WAYTOHEALTH code for 15% off 🔥
🌱 Chopped pistachios
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine crust ingredients and lay onto cake mold
🌱 Combine filling ingredients in a blender (taste and add sweetener if needed). Split into half, pour first half, add 10-15 frozen raspberries and blackberries, pour the second half, add some more and freeze overnight
🌱 Add toppings and serve

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
