Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
Crust:
1 cup skinned raw hazelnuts
1 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates
Pinch of salt
Filling:
1 1/2 cups cashews (soaked for a couple of hours)
1 cup coconut cream (thick part)
1 cup frozen strawberries (fresh are okay)
1/4 cup date or maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut flakes or shredded
Strawberries to top
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine crust ingredients in a processor until dough forms. Press and chill until filling is ready.
🌱 Combine filling ingredients and blend (add little milk if needed to thin) then pour on top and decorate with strawberries. Chill until set or overnight

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
