SOFTEST BANANA BREAD without dairy or gluten

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
✨ Wet:
🌱 3 medium bananas mashed (the darker the sweeter)
🌱 1/2 cup date sugar (or 1/4 cup unrefined coconut)
🌱 1/2 cup almond milk
🌱 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
🌱 Splash non- alcoholic vanilla extract
✨ Dry:
🌱 1 cup almond flour
🌱 1 1/2 cups oat flour
🌱 mix 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda
🌱 1 tsp cinnamon
🌱 1/2 tsp nutmeg
🌱 1/4 cup roughly chopped pecans
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine wet ingredients and set aside. Combine the dry ingredients. Pour the dry ingredients mixture over the wet, slowly, mixing it all together but not over- mixing. Add chopped pecans. Pour into a loaf dish. Bake at 350 F for 40 min, take out, top with some more ground pecans and drizzle maple syrup (optional). Return to the over for 10 more minutes.
