I must say these might just be my top 5 desserts I’ve created, and we know I’ve created many 🤣 No baking, so easy and quick and they taste soooo good I am addicted!
Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 2 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates
🌱 2/3 cup hazelnuts (I avoid peanuts but if you want taste even more similar snickers- it’s the way to go)
🌱 1/3 cup nut butter (same as above)
🌱 1/4 cup almond flour
🌱 Handful chopped walnuts (same as above)
🌱 Fave, clean melted chocolate w/ a pinch of salt
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine dates, nuts and nut butter in a processor and blend. Add flour to tone down stickiness and lightly combine. Press onto parchment paper lined dish. If still sticky wet the back of the spoon a bit. Add chopped nuts, chocolate, salt & freeze. Cut into squares and serve.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
