SNICKERS BROWNIE GF/ DF

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 can black beans, drained
🌱 1/2 cup cacao powder
🌱 1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil
🌱 15 Medjool dates, pitted
🌱 3 flax eggs (mix 3 tbsp ground flaxseed with 6 tbsp water, mix and wait 5 min)

🌱 1/2 cup peanut butter (look for aflatoxin- free)
🌱 1/3 cup maple syrup
🌱 Splash vanilla
🌱 pinch salt

🌱 1/2 cup peanut butter
🌱 1/2 cup peanuts

🌱 Melted chocolate

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Mix brownie ingredients in a processor, pour into a regular bread pan and bake at 350F for 25- 30 minutes. Let it cool
🌱 Combine snickers cream ingredients and spread. Then spread plain peanut butter and peanuts. Drizzle fave melted chocolate as much as you wish. Sprinkle salt. Freeze for 25 min and serve 😍

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
