I was inspired by one of the most famous Serbian food bloggers & my dear friend @zdravo_ja ☺️ Her recipes are unique and out of this world!

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

Crust:
🌱 1 cup 2 tbsp rolled oats, ground
🌱 1 cup almond flour
🌱 9 pitted Medjool dates
🌱 2 tbsp cacao
🌱 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Inside:
🌱 1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
🌱 10 pitted Medjool dates
🌱 3 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine all the crust ingredients in a processor and blend until dough is formed. Roll it into a rectangle. Combine the filling ingredients and blend- adding chia seeds in the end. Spread everywhere equally and roll. I topped with a bit of melted chocolate, chopped chocolate and freeze dried strawberries crumbled. Freeze for 30 min to set.
