Protein Chocolate Truffle
CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE high in protein with 4 ingredients π€― These will be ready in time even for last- minute guests π€£ I promise you will love it! Such a simple and easy dessert to make, without refined sugars, dairy or gluten but actually beneficial for you and high in protein! Seems like a win win!

Ingredients
π± 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)- about 250 g weight without water
π± 1/2 cup hazelnut butter (or your choice)
π± 1.5 bars of chocolate (150g)- melted + 1 more bar to coat
π± 1/8 cup maple syrup
π± 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Directions
π± Combine chickpeas and nut butter in a blender or food processor and blend until combined
π± Add melted chocolate (melt your fave chocolate with a bit of coconut oil. I suggest a clean brand or my recipe- all u need is cacao, cacao butter & coconut sugar so look for those ingredients). Add maple syrup now as well if yours is too bitter if not u can skip or taste test & decide. Add protein powder too if u wish then combine well
π± Scoop them out and shape into balls then set in the fridge for 15-20 min
π± Melt another bar of chocolate to coat
π± Set in the fridge for 15 min and serve

P.S The purpose of my page is to focus on healing by learning how to eat abundance of fruits and veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes, drink a lot of water, sleep well and control your stress and trauma so you can heal from any disease! I donβt count calories and macros as those created unhealthy relationship with food for me. By eating whole foods and no additives, preservatives etc from store- bought foods and sweets my taste buds repaired. When i want something sweet i create something easy like this and enjoy it. This approach healed my many diseases, weight problems and mind!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
