Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 sweet potato, peeled & cubed
🌱 1 lbs Brussels sprouts
🌱 1 can chickpeas
🌱 oil of choice (I use avocado)
🌱 salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning
🌱 1/4 cup cranberries
🌱 1 tbsp maple syrup
🌱 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
🌱 balsamic glaze & sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Lay sweet potatoes on a parchment paper and season with all but paprika. Repeat the same for chickpeas as well as Brussels sprouts after removing the ends and cutting into halves, but add paprika to chickpeas.
🌱 BAKE all at 425F for 30 min, gently mixing or flipping (potatoes) after 20. Chickpeas will be cracked open, potatoes golden and Brussels crispy. Mix maple syrup and vinegar and coat Brussels sprouts once done. Combine everything into a bowl and add cranberries, balsamic glaze and sesame seeds 🤤

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
