Ingredients
🌱 1 sweet potato 🌱 1 lbs Brussels sprouts 🌱 1 can chickpeas 🌱 1/4 cup cranberries 🌱 oil of choice (i use olive or avocado) 🌱 salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning 🌱 1 tbsp maple syrup 🌱 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 🌱 balsamic glaze & sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
🌱 Peel and cut sweet potato into cubes. Lay on a parchment paper and drizzle with oil and salt, pepper and garlic 🌱 Remove the ends of Brussels then cut into halves and lay on a parchment paper then drizzle oil, salt, pepper and garlic; when done mix well with 1 tbsp of maple syrup and 1 tbsp pf balsamic vinegar 🌱 Drain and rinse chickpeas and lay on a parchment paper then drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and some paprika & Italian seasoning 🌱 BAKE all at 425F for 30 min, gently mixing or flipping (potatoes) after 20 🙌🏻 Chickpeas should be cracked open, potatoes golden and Brussels crispy 🙌🏻 🌱 Tip- you can lay them all onto 1 big baking sheet- I spread them out for the purpose of filming 🙌🏻 🌱 COMBINE everything into a bowl and add cranberries, balsamic glaze and sesame seeds 🤤
