no- bake NATURE’S CANDY
So easy and fast to make! My sister sent me this recipe (if you recognize the original creator tell me so I can tag) and I absolutely loved the recipe and it tastes amazing but I do not stand behind the claim that certain foods should be eaten or avoided based on our cycle. I do not believe food was supposed to be complicated like that. Don’t mix fruits and veggies, drink water 30 min later, etc… My Academy has two rules 1. Variety 2. Back to simplicity aka foods made by the creator of our planet. Simple 💫
Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
🌱 2/3 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
🌱 2 tbsp sesame seeds
🌱 2 tbsp nut butter
🌱 1/2 cup protein powder, cacao or rolled outs ground
🌱 1/3 cup plant based yogurt or coconut cream
🌱 Splash vanilla (alcohol- free)
💫 Caramel:
🌱 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
🌱 1/3 cup almond milk

🌱 Blend everything and press onto parchment paper- lined dish. Blend caramel and pour over. Freeze, cut, dip in chocolate or just pour some on top 💫
