Natural Cough RELIEF
Cough drops aren’t cutting it for me! Even the ones with elderberry and herbs I want in my system usually come with xylitol, natural flavors, gums etc…
My mom has been making me Marshmellow root tea since I was a kid and now I am doing the same thing as an adult or to help my kid. I order a big bag on Amazon and it lasts me for years!
Ingredients
✨ RECIPE✨
🌿 10oz purified water
🌿 1 tbsp marshmellow root tea (depends on the brand so check instructions)
Directions
Boil water then add the tea and remove from heat and let it sit covered for at least an hour. Strain and drink to get rid of unpleasant cough. Consume 2-3 times a day.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
