HOME- MADE NUTELLA
๐คค3 ingredients & delicious ๐๐ป Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes ๐ I used to be obsessed with original Nutella but then the reality hit in when I read all the ingredients and became aware of things I shouldnโt put in my body so I can thrive ๐๐ป I have discovered home- made nutella that I can eat knowing my body wonโt suffer yet Iโll stay satisfied ๐ Itโs so easy, you gotta try it!
Ingredients
๐ฑ 2 cups hazelnuts (roasted) ๐ฑ 2 tbsp cacao powder ๐ฑ 3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
๐ฑ If your hazelnuts are raw bake on a parchment paper for 15 min at 350F ๐ฑ When done simply peel the skins- rubbing kitchen towel over it helps loosen the skin Option 1: put hazelnuts in blender and blend on highest- takes about 2 minutes! If you donโt have super strong blender add some coconut oil. When hazelnut butter is made add cacao and maple syrup and blend all in Option 2: Put everything together in a blender and blend on highest

๐ฑ If you need sweeter adjust accordingly. If your blender struggles add some almond milk. Optionally you can add dates and/ or cashews for creamier. INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
