It takes about 3 months to adjust to life without cheese and I promise you will enjoy this one to the fullest 😍
Ingredients
🌱 1 cup almond milk 🌱 1/2 cup cashews 🌱 1/4 cup tapioca starch (cassava flour) 🌱 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 🌱 1/2 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp turmeric 🌱 big squeeze of lemon (optional)
Directions
🌱 Simply combine everything in a high- speed blender and blend 🌱 Pour into a pot or skillet and mix 2-3 min on medium heat until it thickens up and becomes stretchy 🌱 Spread oil/ butter of choice on both pieces of bread and pan fry until golden (I also use griddle) 🌱 If you love garlic like me rub some fresh garlic onto oiled bread while still hot 🌱 Spread your cheese, close with another piece of bread, cut in half and enjoy 😍

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
