HOME- MADE ALMOND MILK in 3 minutes

My toddler still drinks it and I use it for cooking/ smoothies a lot! Store- bought ones are full of preservatives and chemicals (covered this fully in a post ingredient by ingredient) and if they aren’t they are very pricey! Not only that but there is barely any almonds in them! You are fully in control when you make your own 🙌🏻
Ingredients
✨INGREDIENTS✨ 🌱 1 cup almonds 🌱 32 oz water (=1 l, = 2 regular bottles of water, = 4 cups)- hope this helps 🙃
Directions
✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 🌱 Pour water over almonds and let is sit for few hours or over night and just forget about it (this is additional water not water from the recipe). Make sure there is enough water cause almonds will absorb it. 🌱 Combine 1 cup almonds and 32 oz water (I use purified by reverse osmosis) and blend in a high- speed blender! Strain through a milk bag and this is done! It LITERALLY takes 3 minutes! If you need a recommendation for milk bag I can send you amazon link- very inexpensive and last like a year!
