Ingredients

Layer 1:
๐ฑ 3 tbsp sprouted oats
๐ฑ 3 tbsp hazelnuts
๐ฑ 1 tbsp cacao
๐ฑ 2 tbsp maple/ date syrup
๐ฑ 1-2 tbsp hazelnut butter
Layer 2:
๐ฑ 1/2 cup cashews
๐ฑ 1/4 cup coconut cream
๐ฑ 1 tbsp maple/ date syrup
๐ฑ splash of water
๐ฑ 1 tbsp hazelnut butter to swirl
Topping:
๐ฑ 1/2 bar @theconsciousbar.co hazelnut chocolate, melted
Directions
โจ INSTRUCTIONSโจ
๐ฑ Combine 1st layer ingredients with a spoon and press down. Combine 2nd layer in a blender, blend, add nut butter and gently swirl. Pour onto layer 1. Set in fridge for 30 min. Add melted chocolate and decorate ๐

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
