Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
Base:
1 1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
Filling:
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp agar agar
Top:
Clean chocolate, melted

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine base ingredients with clean hands then press onto 8×8 dish. Bake at 350F for 10 min. Simmer filling ingredients besides agar agar for 5-6 min, mashing it, remove, blend, return to the pot, add agar agar and whisk for another 5 min. Let it slightly cool off then pour on top of base and set in freezer for 1h. coat in melted chocolate.
